You choose The Temple of Goddess Pharshes

“What do you suggest then?” Raven asked.
“We should see the writings ourselves.” You suggested.
“What about the mirror truth?” Douglas asked. “I think we should follow the elders.”
“All of this happened but you don’t even know if it’s worth it.” You explained.
“I agree. How about we leave and just look at writing then return here after that.” Raven said. It looks like everyone agrees to what Raven said. “Mimi could you take us to the temple?” Raven asked. Mimi nod and then in a blink of an eye you were in the cave. The wall made with crystal and diamonds. The smell of ocean lingers to your nose.
“So, anyone knows where the writings are?” you asked.
“The writings are up ahead.” Goldie said
Few minutes later you reach a hall where the writings are located. But somethings not right. Instead of palace guard guarding the temple, the one guarding it are dark minions. Goldie was furious on what she saw.
“This is a disgrace.” She said with disgust.
“I’ll distract them. We should take this battle to the surface.” Douglas said. Everyone nod then Goldie guide you to a tunnel. Upon reaching the surface, a hoard welcomed you and the battle started.
One after the another, you fought the enemy. But soon your felt the pain on your chest and the enemy took this opportunity to stab your back. Your able to dodge it but a huge scratch left on your left side. Perry saw you and runs toward you. Soon the demon king arrived and was looking for you. And what surprise for everyone, the demon king was the king of this world. An actual human being.
The battle is still going on. The demon king is hunting for you to be sure that no one will interfere with his plans. The everyone have lost all of their energy and strengths to fight. It has come to the point that they decided to take you back home because they don’t want you to get involve and lost a comrade during battle. Goldie gave you a bracelet that connect the two worlds. She instructed you and warned that the bracelet can only be used once.
Before saying ‘goodbye’ Perry kissed your forehead and says her farewell with tears in her eyes. “GO! HURRY!” Perry shouted “Mimi please make sure that he will cross the portal safely. I’ll leave him to you. NOW GO! We will handle this.” Perry added. You were hesitating to leave and looked at Mimi and saw her holding her tears back.
“Please let me and Perry have some more tim…” without finishing your words you and Mimi teleported. Leaving the rest of them behind to delay the enemy. You felt very useless and coward.
“Why… why am I so weak? I wanted to protect and save everybody too… why do you risk your lives for just a coward like me? … I should be better off dead!”
Mimi suddenly slaps you. “BETTER OFF DEAD?! DID YOU KNOW THAT THEY’VE RISKED THEIR LIVE JUST FOR YOU?!” Mimi said with anger.
You look down “I KNOW! I know… even though that I’m a stranger and I’ve been with you in just a short time you’ve treated and trusted me as your friend. Desperately trying to protect me. You were my first friends I’ve made and I don’t want lose you easily.” You said with tears flowing from your eyes. “I may not be the savior that would save your world but I wanted to protect all of you”, you added. Without noticing the minions already surrounds you and Mimi.
Mimi immediately pushed you towards the portal dealing with a stab at her back. “Thank you for trying to save our world. Please live…” Mimi utter her final words with a sad smile on her face. Your eyes grow wide. “WAIT! PLEASE WAIT! Please…” you begged.
You woke up in the same spot where you left with tears in your eyes that flows to your cheeks and said, “I wanted to protect everybody too…”
